Good photos, poor products
The bedside tables I purchased from Swoon were unfortunately a world away from the photos on the website. Terrible build quality, chipped, colour issues, drawers that didn't work. One star for taking taking the item back and for the website (Pity about the reality). Sadly I wont be using them again.

Terrible service and terrible customer service!
Great website, terrible customer service. Ordered a bed from them and received no update on delivery until we reached out to them to inquire. Was told the bed would be delayed by 2 weeks further beyond the estimated 8-10 weeks delivery time. Received no further information during the following 2 weeks and again had to get in contact in order to find out where our order was. Finally arranged delivery 14 weeks (4 weeks late) after we purchased the product only for the head board to be a completely different material and colour to the rest of the bed frame. Tired to call them to sort it out only to be told that they thought we had order a TV stand and that no one from quality assurance or any where else was available to resolve the issue. Terrible service and terrible customer service; I can't comment on the quality of the product as we haven't assembled it what with it being incorrect however I wouldn't be surprised to find parts missing or damaged at this rate!

We spent over £700 on some dining…
We spent over £700 on some dining chairs and stools. 4 of the 6 chairs were lost in transit for weeks. The ones that did arrive has bent legs. Our stools arrived without rubber feet. We returned the chairs and got a partial refund on the stools. I have wasted hours on the phone. I will never shop with swoon again.

I have had the worse experience
I have had the worse experience. I’ve ordered a wardrobe on 25.06.2022. They still have stocks available and delivery within 1 - 2 weeks. I received a notification from their delivery team, Rhenus the following week but unfortunately my order wasn’t in their van. Called up Swoon and was told they had a computer glitch which sent out a false confirmation to Rhenus. As a gesture of good will, Swoon refunded the delivery charge. On 07.07.2022, I wrote to Swoon enquiring my order and they then booked in a delivery for me. This booking took another 6 working days to get a delivery date - there was communication breakdown between Swoon and Rhenus where I was told my order was not at the Rhenus’ depot and Swoon has given the incorrect action to Rheunus, that it is an exchange! So, on 18.07.2022, delivery came with only 1 piece rather than 2 and again was told by Rhenus that Swoon only sent 1 piece to their depot. Called Swoon and was told they have to put in an investigation to locate the 2 piece which takes 24 to 48 hours, if I still want the wardrobe, it is likely to be in December as they don’t have stock anymore. I was asked is I want a refund or keep my order. Well I won’t know my decision until they have done their investigation. It is frustrating to deal with Swoon.

I’m really pleased with my new…
I’m really pleased with my new wardrobe. Great quality and fast delivery. The other items (chest of drawers and bedside tables) have been slower to arrive but not a major issue. I would definitely shop with Swoon again.

Fast delivery, great quality
Delivery was a lot faster than I expected (roughly one week when it had estimated 2-3 weeks) and the table we ordered is beautiful and very decent quality.
It's a bit on the small side but that's on me for not checking the dimensions.

I ordered yhe Claudine bedside tables. Took a while to arrive, unfortunately it had significant marking and cracks. However the design is lovely and the customer service representative have been absolutely fantastic in dealing with the predicament promptly and professionally. Will definitely be ordering again, let’s hope no issues next time!
